Account Deletion

Before you delete

You cannot delete your account if you are:

• The primary customer in an active financing contract (Murabaha or Ijarah)
• A guarantor in an active financing contract

If you have active contracts, close them before deleting your account.

When you delete your account, the following will be erased:

• Your ID number (IIN) and full name
• All saved payment cards
• Contact information (phone number, email)

After deletion

Deletion happens immediately after you confirm it.

If you want to use AJR services in the future, you will need to:

• Create a new account
• Complete the scoring process again
