The Sharia Supervisory Board of AJR Finance Ltd. has reviewed the submitted documentation, the contractual structure, the internal policies and procedures, and the Client Journey Map (CJM) related to the operations of AJR Finance Ltd., in accordance with applicable AAOIFI Sharia Standards.

After thorough examination and the introduction of necessary clarifications, the Sharia Supervisory Board confirms that the operations, transactions, contracts, internal processes, and procedures of AJR Finance Ltd., including its financing activities based on the Murabahah contract (appliances, clothing, and similar consumer goods) and Service Ijarah contract (Umrah packages, educational programmes, and similar services), are in compliance with the principles and rules of Islamic Sharia.

The Board found no material Sharia objections in the reviewed documents and procedures and has approved the final version of the structure and documentation. Any material amendment to the approved contracts, products, or procedures shall be submitted to the Board for prior approval.
This certification remains valid until the next annual Sharia audit scheduled for May 2027.
